ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) is proud to announce the launch of a new initiative: IPv6. This initiative aims at attracting ISPs from Europe, US and Asia to work on a variety of topics and actions, among which identifying gaps and recommendations of existing and required IPv6 standards (both inside ETSI and in other SDOs), identifying and describing IP Network related use cases & specific scenarios, document an automated networking e2e reference architecture, using IPv6, and much more.

ETSI invites observers and non-ETSI members to join the ISG IPE for free.

ETSI members are subject to reading and signing the ISG IPE Member Agreement, while non-members are subject to raiding and signing the ISG IPE Participant Agreement.

The initiative will have a virtual Kick-Off Meeting January 18-19.
